Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • 6 months experience in the Landscape Industry

  • Leadership qualities

  • Reliability

Team Leader Responsibilities:

A Team leader is responsible for their respective crew.  The equipment and leadership to perform tasks in a timely manner.  He/she is responsible for making sure the team members are working in an optimized manner.

Team Leader Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Leading respective crew

  • Training Team members on a variety of tasks.

  • Delegating work to perform task in an efficient and timely manner. 

​

Business Development

  • Market Landscape Gvl's Services to new and existing clients in the market Area.

  • Forward prospects to the sales team.

  • Support the sales team by Identify additional service opportunities on existing customer contracts for evaluation and customer follow-up.

Compensation:

  • Based off of experience

  • Starts at: $12/hr.
